Having experienced acupuncture as an effective healing system I decided to undertake training to become a professional practitioner. I have always been fascinated by human nature as a perfect body-mind connection and how different holistic health system approach this view. Through my own quest to develop greater understanding of human existence and the great potential hidden within it, I have become interested in the Chinese Medicine approach.
To further develop I have undertaken a degree course in College of Integrated Chinese Medicine and graduated from it.
Since then I have been working using an integrated method of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Five Element approach, which gives an amazing tool for benefiting human’s health on all levels. While Traditional Chinese Medicine works more on level of the body, Five Element style focus more on our inner, emotional state. This holistic approach can bring greater sense of wellbeing and a balance between body and mind.
I have been also deepening my main field of interest- a women’s wellbeing and health.
Being a woman myself, I can understand how ballanced body and mind can change our experience of life and support our functioning on all levels and how great role it plays in complexity of woman’s life.
